Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. Subject and Scope

This website is owned and operated by Nelson Alexandre da Silva Lima, trading under the Domicilia brand. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of www.domicilia.pt by any visitor or user.

Pre-launch status: this website is in pre-launch phase. The Domicilia app is not yet available to the public. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability on any specific date. These terms apply solely to this website; use of the app is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

By accessing and using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you should stop using the website immediately.

2. Founder Offer — Pre-launch

The website presents a founder access offer for users who join the waitlist during the pre-launch phase. The terms of this offer are as follows:

  • 500 founder spots are available, allocated in order of registration
  • The founder price is 4.99€/month, locked in for the first year of active subscription
  • Billing only begins after the app launches, upon confirmation by email to the user
  • No minimum commitment — you may cancel at any time without penalty
  • Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest and does not constitute a purchase contract or binding reservation
  • Domicilia reserves the right to amend the offer terms before launch, with prior notice to registered users by email

Access to the app at launch will follow the chronological order of waitlist registration, subject to technical availability.
